Terms of Service

1. Who you are dealing with

andAndrea is operated by andAndrea LLC, EIN: 38-4338058, registered at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801 ("we", "us"). Contact: admin@andandrea.com.

By buying from us or using the app, you agree to these terms.

2. What we sell

A single city guide — $29.90 USD. A one-off purchase. It is yours to read for as long as we operate the service, including any updates we make to that guide.

Joyyy Seeker Annual Membership — $149.00 USD per year. This includes every guide we have published and every new one released during your membership, and the members' chat rooms. If and whenever Andrea conducts live sessions (as described below) during your active membership, they'll be included too.

The founding offer. Early members pay 50% of the membership price and keep that reduced rate for as long as their membership remains continuously active. If you cancel and rejoin later, the discount does not come back.

All prices are in US dollars. Any sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout.

3. Live sessions

Andrea hosts live online sessions from time to time, and they are recorded and made available to members afterwards.

We commit to running sessions for at least 12 months from the day you join, and that commitment renews as long as sessions are advertised as part of membership. If we ever stop offering them, we will remove the promise from our sales pages first and continue running sessions for a further 12 months, so that anyone who joined while it was advertised receives their full year.

We do not commit to any particular schedule, frequency, or dates.

4. Membership renewal and cancellation

Your membership renews automatically each year until you cancel, and we will charge the card you used at the price then in effect for your membership (including your founding discount, if it applies).

You may cancel at any time. Open the andAndrea app and choose Manage membership (app.andandrea.com/account) — it takes a couple of taps, and takes effect straight away. If you have any trouble, email admin@andandrea.com and we'll sort it out. Your membership continues until the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep full access until then. We will email you before each renewal.

If a renewal payment fails, we will retry and let you know. If it keeps failing, membership ends and access stops.

5. Refunds

We do not give refunds for a change of mind. Everything we sell is digital and is available to read the moment you buy it, so a purchase cannot be returned. Please be sure before you buy — and if you are not sure, ask us first at admin@andandrea.com and we will help you decide.

That is separate from something being wrong. If a guide won’t open, is missing, or doesn’t contain what this site said it contains, tell us and we will fix it. Where the law gives you a further remedy, you keep it.

A membership can be canceled at any time. Canceling stops the next annual payment; it does not refund the year you are part-way through, and you keep access until that year ends.

6. What you may and may not do with the guides

The guides are ours. When you buy one, you get a personal, non-transferable license to read it for your own use.

Please do not: republish, resell, or redistribute the guides; share your sign-in with other people; or copy substantial parts of a guide for anyone else's benefit. Sharing an occasional recommendation with a friend is fine and welcome — passing on the guide itself is not.

7. The members' chat rooms

Chat exists so members can help each other. The rules are short: stay on topic, be kind, help each other out. Negativity, abuse, spam, and advertising get removed.

Messages are screened automatically before they post, members can report anything that gets through, and our administrators can remove posts. We may suspend or remove anyone who repeatedly ignores the rules, without a refund where the behavior is serious.

Andrea reads the chat groups when possible but does not usually reply there — the live sessions are where she answers members directly.

You keep ownership of what you post, and you give us permission to display it within the service.

8. Our independence — and what it means

Andrea accepts no freebies, no commissions, and no kickbacks from any hotel, restaurant, shop, or other venue mentioned in the guides. Nobody pays to be included and nobody can. This is a promise we hold ourselves to, and we intend it to be binding.

9. Travel information — please read

The guides are Andrea's personal opinion and experience at the time of writing. They are not professional travel advice.

Places change. Restaurants close, neighborhoods change character, prices move, and opening hours are never guaranteed. Always check current information before you rely on it, and take responsibility for your own visas, insurance, health precautions, and safety.

We are not responsible for third parties. If a restaurant disappoints you, a hotel loses your booking, or a business we mention treats you badly, that is between you and them.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the service running, but we are unable to guarantee 100% uptime. We may update guides, add or retire features, and perform maintenance. If we ever discontinue the service entirely, we will give members reasonable notice and you're welcome to request a pro-rata refund if you believe you haven't received enough value from your membership at the time of cessation.

11. Our responsibility to you

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this document. If you do not accept a change, you may cancel.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and the courts of the State of Wyoming have jurisdiction — except that if you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in.
