AndAndrea upholds a fair, no hassle, 5 day Returns Policy so you can feel safe when making your purchases. We ask that you also act fairly when taking advantage of our Returns Policy. All returns are closely monitored and our system is programmed to decline future purchases from you if your ‘history of returns’ becomes excessive and unfair.

Our Returns Policy lasts 5 days from when you receive your purchase. If 5 days have gone by since you received your purchase and you have not yet followed the 4 steps below, unfortunately you do not qualify for a credit, refund or exchange.

You’re responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning your item(s) and your return will remain your responsibility until received by AndAndrea. To document the return date of your item(s) and to establish tracking in transit, we require you to use trackable postage. You’re welcome to use a slow and cheap postage service as long as it’s trackable and posted within 5 days of receiving your order.


  • It will be very much appreciated if your return is neatly folded in its original packaging with original barcode label attached.
  • We ONLY accept unworn, unwashed items in the exact same, NEW condition they were in when received by you.
  • Once we receive your return, it will be inspected. We will DEFINITELY reject your return request if any item has been worn or washed or is not in the exact same, ‘new’ condition as originally dispatched to you.
  • If approved, your credit, refund or exchange will be processed promptly (returns received by Tuesday each week are processed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday).
  • If rejected, we will pay the postage costs and dispatch the original item(s) back to you within 5 business days.
  • AndAndrea reserves the right to make the final decision in all Return cases.

International Customers Please Note:

If you’ve purchased from outside Australia, we notified you during your checkout process that your government may require you to pay customs and/or import taxes when you import from overseas. All international customers are responsible for paying customs and import taxes if charged by their government.

How to return an item in 4 easy steps…

  1. Please CAREFULLY read the Returns Policy conditions above. If your purchase qualifies to be returned, continue with step 2.
  2. Go to AndAndrea’s online Returns Center ( and complete the ‘Online Returns Process’ BEFORE the 5 day expiry. Once completed, you will receive a ‘Return Request Approval Email’ containing a ‘Return Merchandise Authorization’ code (RMA).
  3. Once you’ve received your ‘return request approval email’ with ‘Return Merchandise Authorization’ code, please complete the following 4 fields and include this leaflet inside your Return package.

  4. Now, post your return (with this completed ‘Return Policy Leaflet’ enclosed) before the 5 day expiry. The speed of your postage service isn’t important. As long as your return is trackable and posted within 5 days of delivery, it’s all good!
