Contradiction

Lovely lace is sweet and feminine. This ‘Lulu’ silk shirt was a special girlfriend gift. I adore a scalloped edge. It makes a beautiful feature, whether it be as a hemline, cuff or as above, near the neck. The shirt is extremely sheer, so I have added a lace cami underneath to create a ‘lace upon lace’ look. Overly ‘pretty’ clothes don’t usually work for me, so the frayed and ripped boyfriend jeans, are the perfect contradiction!! Gold accessories love cream lace.

Tip: Try some boyfriend jeans…they’re casually cool. Ok, so they’re not particularly flattering, but they’re loose and VERY comfy. These camilla & marc faded baggies come with gold chain detail. I slouch them down and wear them as hipsters. Next I undo the ankle zips and scrunch them up to the knee. They’re actually full length and can be worn long.

Left…to…right, day…to…night. After the success of last week’s ‘Desk to Dinner’ workshop, I’ve been busy creating new outfits for another Friday workshop. On March 24, at 1pm, Sophia will be showcasing the new Tokito suit (above). In front of the crowd, we’ll be transforming her outfit from day to night.

Day…to…night. Kelly above wears the Basque Essential Suit ‘to work’. With a few simple changes, she’s ready to hit the town. Love you to pop into Myer at 1pm to join in the workshop fun.
